Japanese garden with a waterfall, koi pond and free-roaming peacocks in Holland Park.
The garden was a gift from the city of Kyoto and lies somewhat hidden in the middle of Holland Park. Stone steps, a small waterfall and a koi pond create a peaceful corner best enjoyed with few people around. Peacocks roam freely throughout the park and can often be seen up close. Right next door are the ruins of Holland House, where opera performances are held in summer.
